01How quickly will I hear back?
Forms and e-mails are answered within 24 hours on working days. For urgent matters call or WhatsApp us between 09:00 and 17:00; we reply the same day on weekdays.
02Is the survey or first meeting charged?
No. The first meeting, the site survey and the quantity-based proposal are free and non-binding. You pay only for work under a signed contract, according to the progress-payment plan.
03Do you take on projects outside Istanbul?
Yes. We are based in Istanbul and have delivered projects in Ankara, İzmir, the earthquake-region provinces and across Türkiye, as well as in 22 countries. For distant projects we start with a video call and documents, then a site visit.
